Service Description
An hour to independantly practice what you have learned! You are required to have had prior pole experience. Students may not spot eachother. Instructors will not be on hand to instruct. Heels are only permitted with proof of experience and knowledge in knowing how to safely use them.

The Student Waiver PAR-Q Questionnaire and Agreement (includes General Studio Policies, Class Rules, and Open Practice Rules) must be read, completed, and agreed to before you may attend any class at Scarlet Phoenix.
