Service Description
Because wearing heels presents additional risks students are required to take at least one heels class (or show proof of previous experience using heels) prior to using heels at Scarlet Phoenix. Appropriate dance heels (e.g. Pleasures) are recommended rather than ordinary fashion heels. Instructors will prohibit footwear that is visibly damaged, unstable, excessively loose, inappropriate for the class, or likely to damage the floor. Heels Class students will receive instruction in: Walking safely in heels Weight distribution Turning Controlled descents Getting up from the floor Ankle positioning Safe transitions between standing and floorwork

Cancellation Policy
The Student Waiver PAR-Q Questionnaire and Agreement (includes General Studio Policies, Class Rules, and Open Practice Rules) must be read, completed, and agreed to before you may attend any class at Scarlet Phoenix.
