Service Description
Recommended after attending Absolute Beginner at least once, unless you can show you already have prior pole experience. In Mixed-Level class, we’ll explore flow, tricks, and skill-building while working at each student’s individual level. Tricks and progressions will be tailored to your experience and ability so that everyone is pleasantly challenged while staying within their wheelhouse. Heels are welcome for students who have previously attended at least one Heels class. This prerequisite helps ensure students have the foundational balance, movement awareness, and safety skills needed to dance confidently in heels.

The Student Waiver PAR-Q Questionnaire and Agreement (includes General Studio Policies, Class Rules, and Open Practice Rules) must be read, completed, and agreed to before you may attend any class at Scarlet Phoenix.
